Virtual Group Coaching Program - CEST & BRT Friendly

I’m offering a 7-week, virtual group coaching program called Positive Intelligence. We’ll meet weekly on Tuesdays from 10-11am Central Time.

This intimate group coaching program called Positive Intelligence leverages group discussions, videos and mindfulness exercises to help you:
Improve your “mental fitness” which is our ability to respond to situations clearly and calmly rather than with reactive emotions like stress, anxiety, shame, self-doubt, or anger.
Spend less energy judging yourself and others, and reframe to more positive emotions like self-confidence, creativity, empathy, gratitude, and curiosity.
The time commitment is ~3 hours per week for 7 weeks. That includes:
1-hour self-guided video you watch each week
1-hour group discussion each week to debrief the video, practices, and readings
~15 minutes per day of self-guided mindfulness exercises on the app or reading
